✓The skid plate pieces are full length repair pieces that completely repair the areas in front of and behind the skid plates
✓These pieces gets attached to the frame and the transfer case and transmission gets bolted to them. Hardware is included
✓Each piece measures approximately 43 1/2" end to end
✓Constructed of 12 gauge rolled high carbon steel which is thicker than your existing frame
✓NOTE: These are weld on pieces. Moderate welding skills required. You will need to cut out the lower 2/3 of your frame and sandwich the repair piece over the remaining upper 1/3. Screw in provided bolts through the repair piece into the frame, then weld around the perimeter of the piece. This item will be delivered bare steel
