1. Locate the grind adjustment dial: The grind adjustment dial is located at the bottom of the OX grinder. 2. Tightening the Dial: Start by gently twisting the dial towards the "FINE" direction. Use moderate force to turn it—don’t apply excessive pressure to avoid damaging the dial. Note: When the dial is turned to the tightest position (towards FINE), this is the 0 setting, which is for the finest grind, suitable for Espresso. 3. Adjusting the Grind Level: After the dial is fully tightened, you can adjust it to the desired grind setting by turning it towards the COARSE side. 1 click toward COARSE = 1 setting 2 clicks toward COARSE = 2 setting Continue counting each click until you reach the desired level. 4. Grind Setting Table: 0-4: Espresso (Fine grind) 5-8: Moka Pot (Medium fine grind) 12-17: Pour-Over (Medium coarse grind) 18-20: French Press (Coarse grind), A maximum of 60g of coffee beans can be ground at once. For espresso or lightly roasted coffee beans, it is recommended to keep the quantity within 30g for optimal performance., Recommendation: For continuous grinding, do not exceed approximately 10 consecutive sessions for pour-over coffee or 3 sessions for espresso, as this may trigger the overheat protection system., The motor compartment is isolated from the coffee chamber, ensuring motor heat does not transfer to the coffee grounds., The motor is equipped with overheat protection and an intelligent reverse rotation system to handle hard coffee beans smoothly.
