✓The Pro-Graad TwistFlex 1 7/8 Cylinder Honing & Deburring Tool is manufactured oversized - ORDER BY THE BORE SIZE. Brush will be approximately ten percent oversized, but will easily conform and fit into the bore size diameter due to the flexibility of the honing tool stems.

✓Pro-Graad TwistFlex Cylinder Honing & Deburring Tool brushes have round abrasive spheres fastened to ends of flexible stems, which produces pressure and finishing evenly and consistently. for Engine Cylinders, Brake Cylinders, Hydraulics and Valve Guides to quickly and easily deglaze and cross-hatch finish for oil retention and piston ring seating.

✓The Pro-Graad TwistFlex Cylinder Honing & Deburring Tool can be run with hand tools, drill press, or CNC equipment. Not recommended for use with air tools. Apply a lubricant liberally such as a honing tool lubricant, 10-30 weight motor oil, or transmission fluid prior to using honing tool brush. Max RPM is 1000, however optimum range is 600 - 700 RPM.
