Adopt the cast acrylic production technique, these acrylic sheets are highly resistant to impact, breakage, and weathering, easy to work with laser, and have no warp or deform when being cut, drilled, or shaped.

They cut easily with a CNC router, band saw, table saw, jigsaw, drill, etc. Great for crafts, laser-cutting, or any other purpose that calls for uniformly thick, easily shaped/cut material. No melting, scorching marks, or burns during laser engraving. Note: Diode lasers can't cut through acrylic, and in instances where it does - it does so very poorly. So be aware if you only have a Diode Engraver, even at 20W of optical power.
