✓CEG SERIES: Caplugs CEG Series Conductive Edge Liners securely grip each contact of edge board connectors, and can also used for single in-line devices. These extruded conductive edge liners are the most cost-effective way to provide both ESD (electrostatic discharge) and physical protection for circuit boards and subassemblies.
✓SIZE RANGE: Not all Caplugs Conductive Edge Liners are the same size, as there are a variety of sizes in edge board connectors and in-line devices. This specific conductive edge liner has a metal thickness of 0.06", and has dimensions of 48" L x 0.28" W x 0.20" H.
✓CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL: Each of the Caplugs CEG Series Conductive Edge Liners are made from conductive polyethylene copolymer (EVA), a lightweight but conductive material that meets the Static Decay requirements of MIL-PRF-81705E, Type II and Federal Test Method Standard No. 101, Method 4046.
✓SURFACE RESISTIVITY: All liners in the CEG Series have a surface resistivity of less than 1 x 10^5 ohms per square, in accordance with ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) test method D-257-78. This means that little to none of the current it's protecting will leak through the material.
