✓STATIC-DISSIPATIVE PA612 NYLON: Carbon nanotube and 10% carbon fiber reinforced nylon developed for PCB assembly fixtures, electronics housings, component trays, storage racks, production tooling, and other functional parts used in ESD-controlled work areas.
✓CONTROLLED ELECTROSTATIC DISSIPATION: Printed-part surface resistivity typically falls within approximately 10⁴–10⁷ Ω/sq and may vary with nozzle temperature, print orientation, part geometry, moisture, and surface condition. This material is not intended to function as a current-carrying conductor. Test finished parts for specification-controlled applications.
✓MECHANICAL AND THERMAL PERFORMANCE: Dry XY tensile strength reaches 84.3 MPa. After annealing at 100°C for 16 hours, printed test specimens reach an HDT of 157°C at 0.45 MPa and 125.4°C at 1.8 MPa. These test results should not be interpreted as continuous-use temperature ratings.
✓PRINTING REQUIREMENTS: Print at 280–300°C with a 40–50°C build plate and the cooling fan turned off. Use an all-metal hotend capable of reaching at least 280°C and a hardened steel, ruby, or other wear-resistant nozzle. No heated chamber is required. Speeds up to 300 mm/s may be achievable after temperature, flow, and motion calibration.
✓DRYING AND PART ORIENTATION: Store the filament sealed and dry. After moisture exposure, dry at 100°C for 10 hours before printing. Anneal printed parts at 100°C for 16 hours when enhanced thermal performance is required. For load-bearing parts, align the primary load with the XY plane and verify layer adhesion, dimensions, and final-part performance.
