Second Connect one end of the turnbuckle to a shoulder eye bolt and the other end to a thimble eye on a cable. Finally Once both ends are secured, rotate the turnbuckle body to adjust tension. Important: Only the turnbuckle body should rotate during tightening. If connected to a cable, hold or secure the threaded end (e.g., with a tool) to prevent it from twisting.
