✓6 TON ELECTROMAGNETIC CLAMPING, OPEN-ENDED DESIGN: Electromagnetic clamping holds the workpiece along the beam, without the side-frame limits of many mechanical box and pan brakes. The open-ended layout helps form boxes, pans, enclosed ducts, channels, and longer return bends when the clamp bar and material are within capacity.
✓AIR-CYLINDER LIFT WITH FOOT PEDAL CONTROL: Two air cylinders replace manual lifting, and the foot pedal keeps both hands free to position the sheet. A compressed air supply is required. Air compressor and air line are not included, so check the manual for the required air pressure.
✓220V 60HZ SINGLE-PHASE, 30% DUTY CYCLE, THERMAL CUT-OUT: Runs on 220V-60Hz-1PH power with a 30% duty cycle and a thermal cut-out at 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). Check your circuit and do not exceed the duty cycle or material capacity.
✓OPTIONAL SHEAR ATTACHMENT, SOLD SEPARATELY: A shear attachment is available as an optional accessory and is not included with the brake. It shears sheet up to 0.8 mm (0.031 in).
