✓REPLACES - Replaces Johnson/Evinrude/OMC 277181 and 434424, the same impeller, also numbered 0277181, 0434424, 777819 and 0777819. Crosses Sierra 18-3001, GLM 89580, Mallory 9-45216, CEF 500350, SEI 96-399-01E. Not genuine OMC or BRP.
✓BUILD - 6 flexible neoprene vanes on a brass insert hub, about 69 mm OD, 12.7 mm tall, 11 mm shaft bore, 41 g. One impeller per pack. Drive key, pump housing, wear plate and gaskets are not included.
✓FUNCTION - Sits in the lower-unit water pump and lifts raw water to the powerhead. Replace it for a weak or absent tell-tale stream, an overheat alarm, and vanes that are cracked, hardened, glazed or set from dry storage.
✓BEFORE ORDERING - For metal water pump housings only, and engines with a plastic pump housing use 0763735 instead. Confirm 6 blades, 69 mm OD, 11 mm bore and the old impeller number. Disconnect the spark plug leads.
