✓BUILD - One kit: 6-blade neoprene impeller 395289, pump housing 393632, pump cup, wear plate, plate gasket, brass bushing, woodruff key, seal, grommet, O-rings and 6 bolts with washers. Drive shaft seal and gearcase hardware are not included.
✓FUNCTION - Lifts raw water through the lower unit to the powerhead. Resolves weak or absent tell-tale stream, overheat alarm, melted impeller pieces in the housing, and water past the pump seal into the gearcase.
✓BEFORE ORDERING - 2-stroke crossflow 20-35HP only, not for 9.9/15HP, E-TEC or V4/V6. With-housing version, not the impeller-only Sierra 18-3381 kit. Match housing stamp 393632. Disconnect the battery.
